What makes a church a real big community?
Growth and change are inevitable parts of life, but they aren't always easy. That's true in our own lives, as well as the life of the Church.
What started with Jesus and a cluster of just 12 men grew quickly into thousands as the Church began. They submitted themselves to God and His mission, and God blessed their work. A group, once very much alike, now included people very different from themselves. While
some were more open to change, others were not, and conflict arose.
Acts 15 is an incredible chapter of the Bible that tells the story of how growth and change bless us all, if we are open to it. Within this story are a few good principles that can help us walk through times of change and embrace what God has planned for us, as well.
How do you navigate seasons of growth and change in your life? As God continues to grow our community at Grace, how can we stay open to what God is doing?
It takes all of us to make a kingdom difference. Join us as we dig into Acts 15 and learn how early Christians worked through their own growing pains together in order to fulfill God's plan for the Church.
