Care teams

When a crisis hits, we have the opportunity to support each other in prayer and through practical, compassionate assistance. Care team volunteers show Christ's love by providing support to the Grace family. Here are some ways you can help:

Join a team of people who pray at church, or pray from home by signing up to receive prayer requests from the Grace community.

Shut-ins Visitation & Transportation Team

CataVillage1Get to know one person in the Grace family who is elderly or disabled, and be willing to check in with him/her periodically over the phone or through personal visits during the year. This team also helps shut-ins with transportation needs (church, doctors, etc.).

Hospital Visitation Team

Help families in crisis by cooking or purchasing and dropping off meals for people in times of need, such as illness or after hospitalization, childbirth, or a death in their immediate family.
