Every Sunday night, we feed 30-50 students plus adult volunteers. Meals are served at 6:30 p.m. There are three basic ways to help:
- Prepare the meal: Cook and serve the meal, either preparing it in advance or cooking it at the church. Setup at 6:00 p.m. and be ready to serve by 6:30.
- Provide the meal: Make a financial contribution or purchase the food, making sure it's delivered to the church by 5:00 p.m.
- Clean up after the meal: After the students eat and are in their small groups, dishwashers need to be loaded, countertops wiped down and leftovers bagged so those who need the food may take it home.
You can help the Alpha Course by setting up, cleaning up or providing part of the meal on Wednesday nights. Meals are served at 6:00 p.m.
Set up begins at 5:00 p.m. and is completed by 6:00. Clean up is completed around 7:00. The meal includes a main course, salad, bread/rolls, and dessert. You may sign up for all or any part of the meal for one or more dates of the course.

We have a small area stocked by people in the Grace family with basic toiletries and non-perishable food items. Help keep these goods organized and fresh.

Good coffee and refreshments between services encourage us to get to know each other better. This team prepares those Sunday refreshments and asks for a one Sunday a month commitment. Arrive at church at 8:00 a.m. to prepare coffee and treats, keep the coffee cart stocked, and clean up at 10:45.
This team of people steps up for the "out of the ordinary" types of events that we have at Grace. Whether it is the yearly Chili Cook-off, a HeartBeat class, or serving a cake to celebrate a graduation between services, this team loves to serve on an as needed basis. There is no organizing or cooking needed, just be available to be the hands of Grace as we serve. Contact Kimberly Leister if you would like to help.
